ASAP through the end of the school year We are seeking a Paraprofessional to support elementary-aged students in a school setting in Lynwood, WA . This position will work with students in a moderate/severe special education program serving students with autism . The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing hands-on support to students with varying needs. Position Highlights 24 hours per week 4 days per week Elementary school setting Support students in a moderate/severe autism program ASAP start through the end of the school year Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff Already-onboarded candidates strongly preferred for an expedited start Qualifications Previous experience working with children or students preferred Experience supporting students with autism or moderate/severe disabilities is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, dependable, and compassionate approach Ability to follow individualized student support plans and directions from the educational team Ready to make a difference in the classroom?
