9539715-98036 Job Description Step into a rewarding short-term opportunity supporting elementary-aged learners as a 1:1 paraprofessional. In this contract role, you'll work closely with a male student, providing direct support in a school setting just outside Lynnwood, WA. The assignment runs from June 8th through June 18th, with the potential for continued opportunities throughout the summer and into the next academic year based on your performance.

Qualifications:

Relevant credentials or certifications required for paraprofessional roles Experience working with elementary school students, ideally in a 1:1 setting Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience, empathy, and adaptability in dynamic environments Ability to foster a positive, supportive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized assistance to your assigned student, promoting academic and social-emotional growth Reinforce classroom routines and support the students participation in daily activities Implement strategies outlined in educational plans under the guidance of classroom teachers and specialists Communicate progress and observations with team members and families as necessary Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times This position offers a work schedule of Monday through Friday, with 30 hours per week during the contract period. As a valued paraprofessional, youll receive weekly pay ranging from $30$35 per hour.
