What Youll Bring:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting. Functional knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL); interpreter certification is not required. Ability to adapt to changing classroom environments and work collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting student learning. Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with lesson implementation and student engagement. Support students with special needs, particularly those utilizing sign language as a communication tool.
