Open Until Filled Your Care Can Change the Shape of a School Day In an elementary school, small moments can carry real weight. A calm welcome, a patient explanation, or simply noticing when a child is beginning to struggle can help that student feel safe enough to try again. As a paraeducator, you will stand alongside students who need additional support and the teachers working hard to reach every learner. Your presence helps students remain connected, participate in their classroom, and experience success. We believe each student can succeed, positive relationships are foundational, and we are each other's best resource. Those beliefs come to life in this role. You will work closely with teachers and other staff, share what you notice, learn from your team, and adjust your support to meet the needs of the child in front of you. If you feel drawn to this work, we want you to know how much that willingness matters. Caring for students—especially on their harder days—requires patience, steadiness, and heart. The trust you build may grow quietly, but its impact can last far beyond a single school day. Thank you for considering becoming one of the people our students and teachers can count on. Salary and Benefits The Hourly Rate range for the position is Min. $19.07 - Max. $24.87.
