Northwest Montessori School is seeking a full-time teacher's assistant, working with children ages 2.5 - 6, at our Woodland Park location. Hourly wage is dependent on experience, education, and job related skills. This is an in-person job, 5 days a week. Typical hours are from 10am-6pm daily. Employees working at least 30 hours a week are entitled to a benefits package that includes PTO, vision, dental and health insurance, retirement plan and professional development opportunities This position requires: Childcare Basic 30 Hours STARS Training Online (or completion of this course within 2 months of hire date). Employees must be able to lift 50 pounds. Experience working in childcare or education is strongly desired. Other desired qualifications include working with neurodivergent learners, ability to travel between locations and ability to speak/teach Spanish to pre-k and grade schoolers.
