Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year! As a full-time Paraprofessional, you'll collaborate with passionate teachers and special education staff to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. This contract role (35 hours per week) begins as soon as possible and continues through June 16, 2027. You'll play a vital part in helping students meet their academic and social goals each day.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized, and small-group support to students during classroom activities and assignments Aid students with special education needs and implement individualized learning plans Maintain a welcoming and orderly classroom, contributing to student safety and inclusion Follow instructional guidance from teachers and collaborate with school staff to enhance student success Supervise students with compassion and consistency, ensuring daily routines run smoothly Communicate constructively with colleagues, students, and families to support positive outcomes Foster independence, self-confidence, and social growth among all students

Desired Qualifications:
