Job Description

Job Summary:

The paraprofessional will be directly responsible to the School Principal and Student Services Director.

Schedule:

This position is a school-year position and will follow the student calendar Expected hours are 35-36 hrs. weekly This position is for the High School. Works with students individually, in small groups, and within the classroom Works to support the classroom teachers Works with special education students in the regular education classroom Works with and takes direction from teachers Qualifications High school graduate Enjoys working with students Ability to be flexible with a daily schedule Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and parents Will need to apply and become certified as a special education aide through the Department of Public Instruction (DPI).

From $17.03 per hour Expected hours: No more than 36.0 per week
