About This Role Little Feet & Helpful Hands Childcare and Preschool is looking to add fun-loving, reliable lead teacher or assistant teacher to our 6-12 month room. The room will have a lead teacher so we could hire a lead teacher to co-teach or an assistant teacher to work under the lead teacher. What You'll Do Communicate with parents via brightwheel app, including entering meals, diapers, and naps Maintain professional and caring relationships with children and parents, being sure to use appropriate words and tone of voice at all times Assist children in their daily needs, such as changing diapers and assisting in toileting, serving meals, and getting them down for a nap Model proper behavior and redirect improper behavior by providing a better option Supervise children and interact with them by playing with them, reading to them, dancing with them, etc. Requirements 18 years or older High school diploma/GED Nice To Haves Lead or assistant teacher qualification Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (not required, but it's a plus!) We are willing to train and help you get all necessary requirements if you do not have them!
