Job Description

We are looking for passionate, patient, and supportive individuals to join our team at Kimberly High School and J.R. Gerritts Middle School. This is a rewarding, full-time 10-month position where no prior experience is required! We are committed to providing the necessary training to help the right candidate succeed in this important role. Friday:
8:15am - 3:45pm with an unpaid 30 minute lunch What You'll Be Doing (Training Provided) As a Multilingual Learner Paraprofessional, you'll be a vital part of supporting our students.Your responsibilities will include:
Work with students to develop English language proficiency while supporting their access to grade-level curriculum, completion assignments and engagement in classroom activities Work with students one-on-one or in small group settings Support scaffolded instruction under the direction of an ML Teacher Monitor and reinforce student performance through observation; perform data collection, compilation and other record keeping duties What We Are Looking For We believe the most important qualities for this role are a positive attitude and commitment to student success.The ideal candidate will be:
Demonstrate competency in English and at least one other language Patient and supportive. Punctual and able to attend work on a consistent basis. Someone with good verbal and written communication skills. Able to work well with others. Committed to maintaining confidentiality while performing all functions. CPR/First Aid Certified may be required (training provided)Pay, Benefits and Application Details Pay:
