Job Description

The School District of Lomira is seeking a part-time paraprofessional to join our dedicated team at Lomira Elementary. The position will primarily work with students in 4K. This position supports students who receive services through the special education program and plays a key role in helping students succeed in their academic, communication, and daily living goals.

Position Details:

Position Type:

Part-Time, 15 hours per week (afternoon 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM)

Theresa Elementary School, School District of Lomira Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students with special education needs in a variety of academic areas in support of early learning standards Work under the direction of certified staff to implement instructional and behavior support strategies Collaborate with a team of educators and specialists in a problem-solving environment Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with children, particularly in educational or care settings Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and apply new strategies to support students Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively If you are passionate about supporting students and want to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
