• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• Provide support to students in various educational activities
• Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
• Support individual students with their learning needs
• Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance Skills
• Experience working with children
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Ability to assist with lesson planning and implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
• Understanding of literacy education and early childhood education practices
