Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Position Summary As a Child Care Worker, you will support classroom teachers in creating a positive learning environment while ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each child. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive setting. Key Responsibilities Assist teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Follow daily sanitation and cleaning procedures to ensure a healthy space Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor activities Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Communicate effectively with teachers and parents Assist with emergency communication when needed Prepare and serve meals and supervise children during mealtimes Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and health regulations Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of childcare or related experience preferred Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and teamwork skills Caring, patient, and compassionate personality Willingness to obtain certification and enroll with The Registry Why Join Our Team?
