Job Description

Job Overview Join our early childhood education team as an Assistant Preschool Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow! In this role, you will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, Christian classroom environment that promotes early childhood development. Your passion for working with children and commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning skills. Duties Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans focused on literacy, math, and social-emotional development Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning and play Engage with children through interactive activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere Experience Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is preferred Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents Demonstrated ability to work patiently and positively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities Join us in shaping the future by nurturing curious minds today!
