Brake Press Operator and/or Laser Fab Operator

• 1st Shift 2nd Shift (4-10hrs) 1st shift position: 5am-3pm (Mon-Thur) _ Overtime as needed. 2nd Shift position
• Monday thru Thursday
• 3pm•1am, may require overtime hours beyond normal shift or on Fridays, when needed.

Hourly wage plus an additional $2/hr. shift differential.

Laser Operator:

We are actively seeking a skilled Brake Press and/or Laser Operator to join our team for either the 1st or 2nd shift. This position requires knowledge in operating brake press and/or laser machines to fabricate and manipulate metal components according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in metal fabrication, and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities for Brake Press /

Laser Operator:

Set up and operate brake press and laser machines to bend, cut, and manipulate metal components according to blueprints, diagrams, or work orders Review job orders and drawings to determine materials, specifications, and requirements Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise fabrication Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of orders Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Document production records, including materials used, machine settings, and quantities produced Continuously improve processes and techniques to optimize efficiency and quality Preferred Requirements for Brake Press /

Laser Operator:

Proven experience as a Brake Press/Laser Operator in a metal fabrication environment Knowledge of raw materials, fabrication machines and fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders Strong mathematical and measurement skills Good verbal and written communication skills along with organization and prioritization Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications Willingness to cross train between the laser and brake press areas

Preferred Education and Experience:
