Teaching Personnel Make a Real Difference Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school in Middleton. This rewarding role involves supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. About the School The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Complex Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (CLDD) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Communication and sensory processing difficulties The provision offers a structured, nurturing environment with personalised support for every learner. The Role You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop life skills, and manage emotional and behavioural challenges.
