Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or similar role in a school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support students across various grade levels and learning abilities Familiarity with supporting students requiring IEP accommodations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications are an advantage Reliable, flexible, and comfortable adapting to changing needs and routines

Responsibilities:
