Job Description

Wisconsin Independent Christian School is hiring a Education Assistant in Oshkosh, WI. This is a full-time position. This position is Tuesday and Thursday 7: 30-3: 30pm for 10 months per year.
Position Reports to:
Supervisor Position Classification:
Limited Part-time, at-will, non-exempt, school year, hourly
Position Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma; college preferred Ability to follow the teachers instructions A self-starter mindset that looks for ways to help Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively with the teacher and students A strong skill-set working with students

Position Overview:
Educational Assistant will work with the HS teachers to offer support with grading as well as lead study halls.
Position Responsibilities:
Assistt teachers with clerical tasks like taking attendance or recording grades Work with students who need additional instruction Provide oversight of students during activities such as lunch Work with teachers to grade high school level course work Lead and manage high school study halls Other position appropriate duties as deemed necessary by the Principal or Head of School.
