Key Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, CNA, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Commitment to promoting student engagement and growth in an educational environment Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and school staff Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to evolving classroom needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning or care needs Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment Support students with daily living tasks, mobility, and personal care as required Collaborate with staff to monitor and report student progress Foster a supportive and safe environment where all students can thrive
