Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, ideally within an educational or school setting Must be eligible to obtain a Wisconsin DPI (Department of Public Instruction) paraprofessional certification Compassion, patience, and a strong dedication to supporting students with diverse learning requirements Ability to work effectively as part of a team, following direction from lead teachers and special education staff Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following school protocols

Position Highlights:

Support elementary-aged students throughout the school day, assisting with academic tasks, social skills development, and behavioral strategies Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide one-on-one and small group support to ensure every student can succeed Assist with classroom management, organization of materials, and supervision during activities and transitions Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students This is a Monday through Friday role, aligned with the school day schedule.
