Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a classroom support role Understanding of child development and educational strategies for K-12 students Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to implement instructions from educational staff Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping students thrive

Core Responsibilities:
