Position Responsibilities Provide instructional and classroom support under the direction of licensed teachers and school staff. Assist students with academic assignments, classroom activities, and skill development. Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs. Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lesson objectives. Assist with daily classroom routines and student supervision as needed. Document student progress and communicate effectively with educational staff. Qualifications To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet Wisconsin paraprofessional requirements, including: Wisconsin Paraprofessional Certification through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), or the ability to obtain certification prior to start. Must possess one of the following: Associate's Degree, OR Minimum of 48 college credit hours from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff. Previous experience working with children or students is preferred but not required.
