Full-Time / Part-Time Pay $10-$12 hour starting pay Raise at 90 days, 6 months, and yearly based on performance Position Overview Auntie Kia's Daycare is seeking a serious, dependable, and structured Toddler Teacher. This position requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to maintain control of a classroom at all times. Responsibilities Supervise children at all times — no exceptions Maintain full classroom structure and follow schedules

Teach:

ABCs, numbers 1-20+, colors, shapes, and name recognition Keep classroom clean, organized, and safe Communicate with parents and document daily activities Requirements (Must Meet All) High School Diploma or GED Physical exam required prior to employment Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Must pass: CPS Background Screening APS Background Screening Federal Background Check Drug Screening (including random) Must be reliable, on time, and consistent Must be able to manage a classroom without constant supervision Schedule Must be flexible Possible 4-12 hour shifts based on staffing needs Important - Please Read Before Applying Do NOT apply if you are not serious about working Do NOT apply if you cannot follow structure and policies Do NOT apply if you have attendance issues or call in frequently This is a structured environment — professionalism is required at all times
