Bright Beginnings Childcare Center is seeking reliable, nurturing, and flexible Teacher's Aide to support our classrooms as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children, can step into different age groups with confidence, and value a supportive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous childcare or early childhood experience preferred Must meet state licensing requirements for childcare staff (will train also CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Requirements Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks-5 years Step into classrooms as needed to maintain appropriate ratios Follow daily schedules, lesson plans, and classroom routines Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety and well-being Communicate respectfully and professionally with staff and management Follow all center policies, state licensing regulations, and health & safety procedures Hours may vary based on staffing needs
