The Dumont Tri-County YMCA Preschool is immediately hiring an enthusiastic person to join our team as Pre-K Prep Assistant Teacher. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, a self-starter, and ambitious . We are a group who work together as a team to cultivate a positive and supportive school environment. Excellent opportunity for anyone wanting a part-time position, including college students pursing a degree in early childhood education.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 12:30 pmQUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and meet the requirements of the licensing agency. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Individual must have the ability to interact and communicate clearly with all program participants, parents, school personnel, and fellow staff members in a positive manner. Must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the YMCA program and philosophy. Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass a background check.Job Type:
