Join Tot Squad as a Baby Registry Expert Are you the person friends text before they hit "add to registry"? If people come to you for stroller advice, what baby gear is actually worth it, or what belongs on a registry, this one's for you. Tot Squad partners with Target on Baby Concierge, a program that connects expecting families with Baby Registry Specialists who guide them through free, in-store registry consultations. You bring the know-how. We connect you with the families who need it. Who this is for This fits beautifully alongside family life and other work.
Our specialists include:
Stay-at-home parents who want rewarding work outside the house Parents easing back into the workforce part-time Doulas, lactation consultants, sleep consultants, and newborn care specialists Childbirth educators, nannies, and other pros families already trust for gear advice Anyone who loves helping new parents feel confident and prepared Many of our specialists also use these appointments to meet families in their communities and introduce the services they offer. What you'll do You'll meet one-on-one with expecting parents at a participating Target near you. You'll help them sort through baby gear, build their registry, and walk out feeling ready instead of overwhelmed. What you bring You know baby gear. Strollers, car seats, carriers, the bottles, the stuff worth buying and the stuff that isn't. You don't need to know every product on the market. What matters most is real-world experience, a love of keeping up as products change, and a genuine desire to help families feel ready for life with a new baby.
