Responsibilities Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students' curriculum requirements and learning objectives. Deliver engaging in-person tutoring sessions across various subjects, including science, mathematics, English language arts, and test preparation. Adapt instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and special educational needs. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement. Foster a supportive environment that promotes confidence, motivation, and active participation from students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Communicate effectively with team members, students and parents or guardians. Requirements (Preferred) Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in subjects like math, science, English language arts, and social studies. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional adaptability. Familiarity with learning platforms and instruction tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Experience working with children, teens, or adult learners in educational settings Demonstrated flexibility in adapting lessons for different learning styles and special education needs. Prior classroom experience or early childhood education background is preferred but not required. Knowledge of ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account). Passion for education, patience, organizational skills, and a commitment to student success.
