Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Peer Success Coach to join our team and support new and continuing students at GCC. This role will engage students through a variety of communication channels, including in-person, video chat, phone, and email. The Peer Success Coach will serve as a valuable resource for students, offering guidance, coaching, and referrals to campus services, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have successfully completed at least 12 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher, demonstrating strong academic performance and commitment to your education.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated through the application and resume.

Experience using Google Suite tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Sites, and Apps) is required.

A genuine desire to support and coach others, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.

Comfortable engaging in one-on-one, small group, and large group conversations, including navigating difficult or sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.
