Position Details Locations:
Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Ahwatukee — assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area
Hours:
4-6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday-Friday, 2:00-5:00
PM Compensation:
$20-$28/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses What We're Looking For Experience working with students who have IEPs, 504 Plans, or diagnosed learning differences (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, processing disorders) Background in special education or a related field preferred Comfort implementing accommodations and modifications, and adapting instruction to individual learning profiles Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree (Special Education degree or coursework a plus) Strong communicator who can collaborate with parents and, when needed, school teams Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes Patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about student success Specialized certifications (Special Education, ABA) are a plus, but not required Ready to Make an Impact?
