MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate Arizona Teaching Certificate Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Certain endorsement/approved areas(s) may be required for appropriately certified purposes.

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
