What You'll Do:
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will be managed and supervised by an experienced BCBA as you implement life-changing care directly in the child's home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones. Provide in-person behavior therapy services in a child's home setting Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive Collect and record data. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using a company assigned tablet and electronic data collection system Partner closely with your BCBA supervisor and help inform treatment plans and effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client's needs
Qualifications:
Minimum high-school degree or equivalent Must pass a background check (Livescan) A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license TB test health screening Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
