As a teacher, you will provide personalized academic support in math and related subjects, either in-center, online, or in-home. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in K-8 Math and higher-level math. Assess student knowledge and create personalized lesson plans . Break down complex concepts in a clear, engaging way. Assist students with homework, classwork, and exam preparation. Monitor student progress and share feedback with parents/guardians. Use creative teaching methods to build student confidence. Adapt lessons to meet each student's unique learning style. Keep accurate records of sessions and progress. Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree (in math, education, or related field preferred). Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, supportive, and passionate about student success. Reliable transportation (required for in-home tutoring). Comfortable using Zoom or other virtual platforms.
