Part-Time After-School Tutor — English & Math Top Learning Center (TLC) is seeking a patient, reliable tutor who enjoys working with children.

Responsibilities:

Help students in Kindergarten through 4th grade with English and math homework. Monitor students' progress and time management, helping them stay focused and complete their work. Provide English and writing support for students through middle school. Check completed work and enter daily records of students' completed assignments, focus, attitude, behavior, and work pace into Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

Strong English, writing, and elementary math skills. A strong high school academic record is preferred. Ability to explain concepts clearly and guide students with patience. Good organization and time management skills. Experience tutoring or working with children is preferred.

Schedule:

Approximately 6-8 hours per week.

Typical hours:

3:00-5:00 p.m. Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is preferred. If you cannot work all three days, scheduling adjustments may be possible.
