Job Description

In this role, you are the face of Driven For Education to our students and families. When parents think about their child's academic transformation, they will connect it directly with the support and care you provide them every session.

Consistent & Reliable Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (20 hours/week). 1-on-1

About Driven For Education:
At Driven For Education, we help young elementary learners build academic confidence and reach their full potential. Our center provides personalized 1-on-1 instruction in Math and English for grades K-6.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide engaging 1-on-1 Math and English instruction tailored to elementary students. If needed, assist students with homework and teach supplementary center lessons. Maintain a structured, friendly, and focused learning environment. Write monthly progress reports for parents.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching elementary students (Grades K-6).
Education:
Currently enrolled in college/university or holds a college degree.
Skills:
Strong confidence in K-6 Math and English concepts (able to demonstrate a brief 10-15 min teaching sample in the interview).
Commitment:
Available Monday-Friday from 3 PM - 7 PM and able to commit to 9-12 months.
Presentation:
Adherence to our clean, business casual dress code (plain t-shirts and jeans/pants; no graphic tees).
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Referral program Application Question(s): Our tutors must wear business casual attire (plain t-shirts/jeans are fine, but absolutely NO graphic tees or messy presentation). Are you comfortable adhering to this standard every day? Are you available to work on Mondays-Fridays from 3-7pm? We're looking for a commitment of at least of 9-12 months. Will you be able to commit?
