The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives. As an enrichment coach you will work one-on-one or in small group settings with students to provide academic support, guidance, and encouragement.

• Report directly to Program Director
• Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting
• Design and implement lesson plans at varying academic levels and subject matter, including, but not limited to Math, Science, English and History
• Establish academic goals and milestones with students
• Lead enrichment activities such as games, activities, crafts, etc
• Provide constructive feedback for students
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, lesson plans and student progress reports
• Attend trainings as scheduled
• Participate in staff development meetings and in quality-of-care activities on a regular basis
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Display cultural sensitivity to each client/family and individual's needs and customs, as appropriate
• Have a passion or personal desire to work with youth in underserved communities
• MUST have prior experience working with youth
