$30-$45 per hour Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring for K-12 students in a variety of subjects, including math, English, science, test preparation, and other academic areas. Assess each student's individual needs and tailor instruction to support their academic goals. Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment. Communicate with parents and the TutoringHubLA team regarding student progress and areas of focus. Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality with students and families. Qualifications Strong knowledge in one or more academic subjects. Previous tutoring, teaching, or experience working with children is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, reliable, professional, and adaptable to different learning styles. Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress, or equivalent relevant experience. Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to students' homes throughout the Los Angeles area. Russian or Armenian language skills are a plus, but not required.
