Job Description

Associate Attorney - Transactional F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a lateral Transactional Attorney in our Los Angeles office who would like to help K-12 schools and community colleges navigate the broad range of operational legal issues they encounter. The incumbent would provide transactional support on various substantive legal issues, including real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, disputes, and contract negotiations. We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills and 3-10+ years of practice experience. Candidates must be members of the State Bar of California. The reasonably expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 annually. The base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
