You'll support daily learning by coaching students through math and reading exercises, celebrating their progress, and keeping the classroom running smoothly with basic grading and administrative tasks. This is a permanent, part-time position perfect for high school seniors, college students, or anyone who loves making a difference in a child's day.

Responsibilities Instructional Support :

Guide students through high school-level reading and advanced mathematics, including Algebra and Calculus .

Grading :

Accurately grade student homework and classwork according to standard Kumon methods.

Center Operations :

Assist with minor administrative duties, center organization, and data entry.

Student Engagement :

Maintain a positive, focused, and encouraging learning environment.

Job Requirements Aptitude :

Advanced proficiency in high school-level Math (up to Calculus) and Reading.

Communication :

Excellent interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff.

Attitude :

Friendly, patient, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Education :

High school student, college student, or equivalent background.

Experience :

Previous Kumon experience as a student or assistant is highly preferred but not required.

Hours & Availability Weekly Hours :

8-15 hours per week.
