Schedule:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30 - 6:30 Saturdays 10AM - 2PM Responsibilities Deliver tailored tutoring sessions in math and reading, adapting methods to meet individual student needs Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning goals Utilize learning technology tools to enhance engagement and facilitate understanding of complex concepts Manage classroom dynamics to create a supportive, respectful, and productive learning environment Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, or program coordinators to track student development and address challenges Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and areas for improvement Requirements Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across various age groups Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques Familiarity with learning technology platforms used in educational settings Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education, as well as adult education settings Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations is a plus Excellent organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple sessions efficiently Join us in inspiring learners to reach their full potential!
