We are especially interested in tutors who can commit to working consistently with students throughout the school year. Subjects May Include Middle School Science Biology Chemistry Physics Environmental Science Anatomy & Physiology AP Science courses AICE Science courses You do not need to tutor every science subject. We match tutors according to their individual areas of expertise. What We're Looking For Our ideal tutors are: Highly knowledgeable in the science subjects they tutor Dependable and punctual Patient and engaging with students Able to break down difficult concepts into understandable explanations Professional and responsive Consistent with their schedules and student commitments Comfortable providing one-on-one instruction Able to travel to students for in-person sessions, when applicable Previous tutoring or teaching experience is strongly preferred. Schedule Tutoring is flexible and part-time, with most sessions taking place after school, evenings, and weekends. Tutors provide their availability, and we match them with appropriate students based on subject, level, schedule, and location.
