Whether working one-on-one or with small groups, you'll create engaging learning experiences that inspire students to reach their full potential. Responsibilities Deliver engaging instruction in various subjects, including science, mathematics, English language arts, and test preparation (such as SAT) Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and special education needs Utilize learning technology tools to enhance online instruction and facilitate interactive lessons Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction accordingly Manage small group sessions effectively, ensuring an inclusive environment that promotes active participation Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student achievement and address any challenges Skills Proficiency with learning technology platforms for online instruction Experience tutoring in science, math, English language arts, or test preparation (e.g., SAT) Ability to adapt teaching methods based on diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds Excellent communication skills for engaging students and collaborating with families and colleagues Classroom management skills to maintain a positive and focused learning environment Experience working with children, adolescents, or adult learners in various educational settings Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learner needs Demonstrated writing skills for lesson planning and student assessment documentation Ability to work flexibly within different instructional contexts, including preschool through adult education This role is ideal for motivated educators passionate about making a difference through personalized teaching. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 10.0 per week
