About Us •Now hiring for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year in Lake County!• One on One Learning is a trusted provider of K-12 academic intervention , operating in 45+ school districts across 15 states. With over 3 million hours of tutoring delivered, our personalized, data-driven instruction supports measurable student growth. Position Overview We are seeking Tutors to deliver targeted, one-on-one and small group instruction during the school day. Tutors will use evidence-based strategies and culturally responsive teaching to help students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Requirements Teaching certification (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Education or higher. Experience with SPED Proficiency in tutoring reading and math across grade levels ( K-8 ). Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Schedule & Pay Between Monday-Friday (4 days a week) 8:30am - 1:00pm $30/hour Why Join Us?
