Additional subject capabilities are a plus. Applicants must be available to do in-person tutoring in Miami Beach. Hours are flexible. Responsibilities Experience Provide one-on-one tutoring for K-12 students Support students in subjects such as Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and/or test preparation experience with ISEE, SSAT, SAT and/or ACT is a plus Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs Reinforce classroom material and improve foundational skills Track student progress and communicate updates to parents and program administrators Foster a positive, motivating, and structured learning environment Arrive on time and prepared for each session

Qualifications Required:

Willingness to travel within the Miami Beach area Flexible weekday afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability Strong communication skills and professionalism Reliable transportation

Preferred:

Background in tutoring, teaching, or education Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) Experience working with children or adolescents Subject-matter strength in core academic areas Classroom teaching experience (a plus) Ideal Candidate Patient, encouraging, and energetic Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with families Growth-minded and committed to student success Professional in appearance and communication If you are passionate about education and enjoy helping students reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
