Our Academy is seeking passionate, professional, and experienced educators to serve as Afterschool Tutors and join our growing team and help students achieve their highest potential. We are currently hiring for an: Elementary Reading Specialist Elementary General Subject Tutor including Math STEM tutor for Middle School and High School with Test Prep experience (SAT, ACT, PSAT, ISEE)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized academic support for students grades K through 12 in accordance with individualized curriculum needs and student goal posts. Teach both one-to-one and in small group settings Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with students and families. Collaborate with a team of passionate and innovative administrators and teachers to deliver best quality instruction. Maintain a growth-oriented mindset and actively pursue professional development. Contribute to a culture of mentorship, support, and academic excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, a relevant academic field, or equivalent teaching experience. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in teaching, tutoring, and academic coaching. Expertise in specialty area. Experience in supporting executive functioning, study skills, test taking, and organization skills. Demonstrated ability to provide personalized, student-centered instruction . Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Professionalism, reliability, a growth mindset, and a commitment to high academic standards and student growth.

Afterschool:
3-8, Monday through Thursday Fall 2026 start date.
