OG/ Wilson Structured Literacy Tutor West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Part-time | Contract Up to $2,500 a month 4 days ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Tutoring Working with children Bachelor's degree Literacy education Teaching Full Job Description OG/Wilson Structured Literacy Tutor The Bilgrav School for Dyslexic Students is looking for experienced tutors with training in Orton-Gillingham (OG) or an Orton-Gillingham based, structured literacy program. The Bilgrav School provides daily, 1:1 OG tutoring for all students. You would provide that tutoring with the same bright, dyslexic students every day, Monday-Friday. We are a small school and pride ourselves on making an individual difference for each child. We aim to create the ideal learning environment for bright, dyslexic learners. Requirements & Responsibilities Bachelor Degree Trained in OG or OG•based literarcy programs such as Wilson, IMSE or Lindamood-Bell, required 2+ years teaching/tutoring dyslexic children, 1:1 or in small groups using Orton-Gillingham or an OG-based, structured literacy program, such as Wilson, IMSE, or Lindamood-Bell, required Plan for and teach 2-3, 1:1, tutoring sessions per day, four week summer camp, up to 3 students Write narrative report for each student at the end of session and attend parent conferences
Compensation :
$2000•$2500 depending on level of experience; free use of all OG materials; four week summer camp, 8:30am•12:30pm.
