About us Grade Potential is a leading provider of personalized, in-person tutoring services nationwide. With flexible in-person tutoring opportunities, subject variety, and a dedicated support team, we ensure tutors have the tools they need to thrive. About the student 11th grade student The student needs to work with a tutor for support with Algebra 2. The student is an 11th grader attending Islands High School. The teacher provides limited individual support and does not offer enough instruction for concepts students may not understand. The student needs a review of material covered since the beginning of the year to strengthen her foundation, along with ongoing weekly support reviewing concepts, completing assignments, preparing for tests, and keeping up with her workload. The goal is for the student to understand all course material and perform well throughout the school year. The family wants 1 hour sessions once a week on Thursday between 3pm-6pm. The family is seeking a tutor who can meet at the Islands Library at 50 Johnny Mercer Blvd in Savannah. Qualifications Ideal candidates have prior experience working with high school students. Ideal candidates will have prior experience teaching/tutoring high school math. Ideal candidates will have a teaching certification. Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles) Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.

3:00pm-6:00pm Pay & Benefits $24.00- 28.00 per hour. Flexible schedule
