Reading and Math Tutor
Reports To:
School Principal
Position Summary
Responsibilities
Direct Student Intervention & Instruction
Plan and deliver targeted, small-group Tier 2 interventions in foundational reading skills, reading comprehension, and mathematical concepts and fluency for students in grades K-6.
Utilize a variety of research-based instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.
Use diagnostic assessment data to inform the planning and delivery of intervention lessons.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred
