This position focuses on helping students build job readiness skills, explore college/career options, and gain confidence in workplace settings. If you enjoy working with teens, feel passionate about academic/career coaching, and want to make an impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one and/or small group instruction on college & career readiness skills Help students explore career interests and post-secondary options Assist with resume building, interview prep, and job applications Coordinate and support work-based learning experiences Track student progress and complete required documentation Communicate regularly with school staff, families, and community partners What We're Looking For Experience working with youth, preferably students with disabilities Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable leading small groups and mentoring teens Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Bachelor's degree in psychology/social work, education, human services, or related field preferred (experience may substitute) Requirements Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across different ages Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations for diverse learning needs Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for fostering a positive learning experience Why Join Us?
