Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Tutors support students to meet their academic goals. Tutors work day and evening hours in-person in the Tutoring Center, virtually through Zoom via our Virtual Tutoring Center in Canvas, or a hybrid of both virtual and in-person sessions. Tutors will work with students individually or in small groups, supporting QC students who need extra in completing academic coursework. All subjects needed, with highest need in mathematics and sciences.
Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in content area required, Master's Degree preferred. Experience in teaching or tutoring in a multi-cultural environment a plus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must demonstrate advanced knowledge in their discipline of interest and be committed to helping students from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, including those with bilingual abilities. Tutors must have computer and internet access and be comfortable working in a virtual environment.

Associates Degree :
$18 per hour
Bachelors Degree :
$21 per hour
Masters Degree :
$25 per hour Ph.D .: $30 per hour
