POSITION
Title 1 Tutor
LOCATION
Academy of Notre Dame
- Tyngsboro, MA
WORK YEAR:
5 days a week (4 hours per day)
SALARY:
$35 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Education from an accredited college or university.
- Able to collect and maintain student academic data.
- Experience in providing appropriate instructional small group techniques and methods in assisting students learning key concepts/ skills.
GOALS:
To provide supplemental support in mathematics to students who are at risk of not achieving state standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual or small group instruction.
- Communicate and collaborate with school staff.
- Maintain required records.
- Conduct benchmark assessments each trimester.

The Title I tutor is also responsible for collaborating with teachers and administration regarding the needs and progress as it relates to student achievement.
