Job Description
Sexton Test Prep & Tutoring is currently looking to fill increasing demand by hiring new team members in the following areas: Academic & Enrichment Tutoring - Math & Science for Middle through College Level Ideal candidates will also be able to tutor for standardized testing (SAT/ACT, ISEE/SSAT) Candidates must reside in Massachusetts and a personal vehicle for in-person tutoring . Candidates will also be able to commit to at least one year of employment. Summer daytime availability is ideal but not required.

Since starting with a single student, we have served thousands of clients. Our company is based in Dover, MA. We currently serve students all over the world, with an in-person focus in the towns of Dover, Natick, Needham, Newton, Wellesley, Westwood, Wayland, and Weston. Provide in-person (in-home) and virtual one-on-one tutoring to individual students as requested Communicate regularly by phone and email with current clients regarding student progress Communicate by phone and email with supervisor 4-6 hours per week commitment Other duties as willing and ableQualifications :
Bachelor's degree Must live in Massachusetts, have access to a reliable personal vehicle, and a willingness to travel around the MetroWest Boston region Must also have a personal computer with reliable internet access. Fluency in English Experience in Teaching is preferred Consistent afternoon, evening, and weekend availability Some scheduling flexibility (to accommodate student need). Some daytime availalbity for summer is a plus.Ideal Candidates will have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus a high level of customer service and professionalism Previous, demonstrated, and recent test preparation experience Demonstrated superior subject knowledge and commitment to student success Ability to effectively deliver curriculum Strong critical thinking skills and organizational abilities A patient, positive, encouraging, and engaging approachCompensation :
